Update Button

Whenever any Site coordinate or Datapoint Accuracy is changed, the Update button will change to an orange state. Before any further features can be used, the link must be updated. These changes require a connection to the internet. The entire link is regenerated including removing any previous ground cover entries.

Swaps the Local Site and Remote Sites information. Requires a full update
